Getting Report for No Reason

So I have been very aggravated lately. I get matched with people, such as duo trolls, who mess around the whole game or do not play well. I don't insult them, I don't say "What the fuck you goddamn noob". I do say things like "why no ff?" when we are 28v5 and are getting slaughtered. The main problem though is that is seems I keep running into more and more people who just report you for no reason other then to report you. I'm worried a bit that I'm gonna be reported by so many trolls and stuff that I am actually gonna get banned. It just pisses me off so much, that after losing a match and having to deal with people swearing like a sailor at you, that in the end they get all their friends to report me. I'm not asking for sympathy or anything but I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue, and if so, if they have ever gotten actually banned over it. They usually report me for "Verbal Abuse" or something along the lines of swearing. I mean I do say things like "Oh Shit" or "Damn" which I assume the automated banning system picks up on and accepts it for the report because at the end of the match I sure as hell get a message notifying me. I am sure their is no way around running into people like that, other then duoing, but it just gets so annoying. For example, a match I just did like five minutes before making this post went as followed: I joined the match asked for mid, mid was taken and top was the only lane available, I didn't dodge or say you mother fuckers, I said awww k den. Our team comp was Lux Top (Me), Varus Adc, Azir Support, Yasuo mid, and Irelia jgl. They all must have been duoing and Skyped because no one would talk at all. I pinged every like 2 minutes, I need assistence. I wasn't feeding or anything it was just that tryn was being a real issue and I needed to snowball. The jgl ignored my pinging for like a good 15 minutes before coming top. And you know what she did when she came top. Nothing. She used one ability watched me die and left. I still got the kill cause of turrent but she was of no help at all. 20 minutes in, I say "why Azir support?" because Azir is 0/2 and Varus is 1/6. Irelia is kind enough to actually reply and say "Why Lux top?" I told her the only reason I was questioning it was because he was 0/2. She told me that I had 2 deaths and I reminded her I had 2 kills. Azir then says that he is support so thats why he has no kills, I then reminded them he also had no assist at all 20 minutes into the game. They went silent. No reply. Towards the end of the match I started chatting with the enemy Akali a bit and tell her that my team will not talk all at. Irelia, out of nowhere, starting telling me that I am a %%%got and that I am the reason they lost. She also said that I should have gone tank top and why the fuck did I use a squishy champion. As soon as the matched ended I was prompted with a verbal harassment warning. I have seen a lot people, like trolls, say is that the report system is broken and that the ban rate has gone down but the toxicity level had gone. I kinda agree with this because I have been running into a lot more toxic players lately, or at least it seems. In fact, I'll meet trolls who brag about how many time they have trolled games and they haven't gotten banned. Are their any plans to have this changed in the future?
