How I lost my S4 promos

On my main I was playing lee sin jungle and I was doing really good. I went 4/1/6 and I was applying lots of pressure around the map. All of a sudden my Jayce top is 0/7 and my adc and support suck and I tilt really hard losing the game 4/7/7. Second game: I'm playing tryndamere. My enemy top laner was stupid so I get a snowball and finish the game 26/7/3 and this orianna on my team somehow goes 3/9/4 against a swain SOME HOW when she should easily farm from safety but it's silver 4 promos what do I expect? Finally, my last game. This is the decider. I play zed in the mid lane. However when I told the lee sin jungle that this is my promos he starts acting like a bronze 5 and trolls the whole game. He's like in chat "coming mid" with double buffs and he gives double buffs to my mid laner on purpose and he's like 'sorry, I'm new' and he's doing this on purpose so I lose my promos. And don't tell me 'the lee sin may be new and not very good' because the dickhead was doing this on purpose and it was soooooo obvious the way he was acting in chat and jungle and this resulted in a loss. My whole team reported him but nothing happened... typical. However I did manage to make it to s4 in a few games but seriously, some other people may not have the time like I have to deal with this stuff and it's fucking annoying.
