So I just got perma banned and I havent been banned before nor have I had a chat restriction, but I tried to log on today and i was Permanantly banned.
Ill admit I was being a HUGE dick, but my job is immensly stressful and my grandfather two weeks ago. I was really on edge.
Why was i given no warnings what so ever? Seems really unfair and I've been playing for so long too :(
Certain topics can skip warnings if they are severe enough.
Make a new account. Learn to control yourself.
Make a new account. Never spend money with RIOT again. Lesson learned for many of us.
Few suggestions:
Check your email. Especially your spam/junk folder. Permabans never happen for negative behavior without prior warning. Chances are you were warned before and had punishments before reaching ban status (chat ban, restriction, suspension, etc). A permaban does not happen unless your account was involved in suspicious activity, scripting, or 3rd party programs.
Submit a support ticket regarding you account. A Support Specialist will be able to detail why your account was banned. If it was due to negative behavior they usually can give you a report card and show the logs that triggered the ban. Be sure to detail your ticket, especially if you never received any emails regarding this. Tickets can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to respond depending on the number of tickets they're receiving at the time you submit yours. Be patient, but I promise they will respond to your ticket.
I hope that helps. Riot never bans your account unless one of the two situations occurs. If you were banned for behavior then you would have received plenty of warnings and emails before hand stating your punishments.

If you went from nothing straight to perma it is most likely due to 3rd party software. Check your email for the reasons why you were banned or email support if you cannot find it.
