Riot took down my original post. Perma Ban

I've just received a Perma ban. I can't post the chat logs and I don't feel like going over it again. So now that I'm banned I can't report the guy. Riot took down my post and told me the correct way to go about it is to report him. But I can't. You banned me before I could even report him. You banned me because of an automated system that responds to high volume reports.

This is your 4th penalty within 4 months. You were not banned for a high volume of reports, you were banned because of your behavior. Reports flag games for review.

The first 3 times you were punished, you were told your behavior was not acceptable. You were given 13 games of your chat logs for these first 3 penalties, illustrating the types of behavior that are not tolerated.

You chose to ignore the warning that the next penalty of any severity would result in a permanent ban of your account.

You have a tendency to chat about things that aren't happening in an attempt to 'frame' other players who you want penalized. You threaten people with getting them punished pretty consistently.

I couldn't report him. I wasn't even in the post game lobby for 30 seconds before I was disconnected and received the ban message.

It was more like 5 minutes after the game in your case. You had plenty of time to report a player. You chose to use the time arguing in post-game chat.

there's no automated system that responds to high volume reports. 1 report counts as much as 9. and it doesn't matter at all what anyone else said. What matters is what you said.

The Instant Feedback System doesn't issue punishment based on you being reported a lot; reports merely flag your matches for review, and when you do receive too many they are then reviewed for accuracy. If the behavior found in them is determined to be consistently creating a negative environment for the other players or you are being extremely toxic, you will be punished based on that.

Frequency and severity of your behavior and your record of prior punishments is what is relevant to why you were issued a permaban. If you wish to discuss the punishment with the community you should post your reform card/chat logs. If you only wish to contest the ban with Riot or get more information from them, you'll have to submit a Support Ticket.

Reporting players in the post-game lobby should be your go-to option for reporting so that the system can handle it, but if you were unable to and the offense is so severe that you believe a manual review is that necessary you can submit a ticket for it.

It was taken down because you included a picture which had the other players summoner names in it.

PillCosbyDoeBoy: scrub PillCosbyDoeBoy: you're low elo lol PillCosbyDoeBoy: ez PillCosbyDoeBoy: ez PillCosbyDoeBoy: i'm useless PillCosbyDoeBoy: and he calls me useless PillCosbyDoeBoy: said I shouldn't have been born PillCosbyDoeBoy: i'm going to take a picture of what your boyfriend said PillCosbyDoeBoy: i took a picture PillCosbyDoeBoy: i mean it's in the chat log PillCosbyDoeBoy: blitz you told me that I should've never been born

these were all sentences that COULD trigger the automated system, but it is mostly said in defense and it is pretty clearly so. I genuinly suggest you apply for a remove for your ban on https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en, you actually might make a chance here

Also, I was banned within 30 seconds of coming out of the game so you're telling me there is no automated system?
