I think Riot should disable reports and language filters in Low Elo games especially Bronze.

I say this because this is where flamingis worst and there doesn't seem to be game where no one goes unreported. Since bronze are 25% of all league players, the system should be overwhelmed by reports and therefore is seen to be doing nothing about it. Why doesnt riot come up with another way of discouraging bad behaviour and encouraging good behaviour? For Exampla: What if the most honored player on a losing team gets some LP even if its 2LP and the most reported player loses more LP? I think its time for some tweaks to the system. People dont seem to care because riot doesnt seem bothered with problems of low elo players......Even those that are trying. My two cents

and by "tweaks" you mean letting flamers roam free in low elo with no punishment for toxicity

The IFS (Automated review) is there so they don't need to review all the reports. And really the offenses are quite blatant enough that the IFS rightfully smashes them down.

The usual PSA: Just because you don't get a little pop up saying someone got punished doesn't mean they didn't get punished.

25% that's so unrealistic. I would say 69% are all players are bronze. Lets factor in all of the bots Riot hasn't done nothing about and of course the smurf accounts. Out of the 69% of bronze most are under 18 yrs of age.
