When can I honor opponents again?

Is this ever going to be implemented again? I honestly, from personal experience, have more fun with my opponent, than my teammates. I'd honestly honor them over my own team in more than 50% of my games. I just think that taking the ability to honor the other team out of the equation has meant that some people who are good, just don't get it. It's especially obvious when you get the team that flames each other/ goes afk/ looks everywhere but themselves to blame at 5 minutes in, that, your opponent, is keeping the game in mind, they are trying to win. They are not the ones calling for 15 minute FF or AFK, they are actually focused on playing and I don't even know what their team chat is like, but it isn't as bad as mine and they deserve the honor of not being a complete shitter.
