during the 7th season my account got perma ban after a chargeback(this happen around the time the new client went up) i went to buy some rp and the account froze during me buying the points and told me to re-login to continue and i did next thing that happen was i had found out i got double charged for the price i was buying for (so double the points and money spent) i went thru my bank and got the money that wasn't supposed to be spent and next day i got banned til i paid that $20 back (even after i told support the client double charged me) and after i paid the money back within that same week i got perma ban for third party programs (which i wasn't told what caused it or how) i wanted to know who can i speak to about this issue i had that account since the end of season 2 and after years of playing on it out of the blue i get ban for something that is false. i been trying to find a way to get someone to actually look into this and find the cause

can anyone help a guy out?

All you can do is go through support. If they tell you no it means they have double checked their evidence. They don't issue bans for 3rd party programs unless they are very confident in their decision.

Submit a ticket. I'm sure some Riot workers will be able to resolve your issue.
