Another flamer.....
I played before a game with a flamer with morgana that sweared everything saying the C word(you know what it is) and other stuff about our families... he got reported but no ban..... Can someone explain pls?

get used to it. riot is too generous with the punishments. they never ban people, NEVER. no matter how toxic the player is. infact, i think league is more toxic BECAUSE of how nice they are. they should get a little bit more serious with the punishments
For the most part, the IFS likes to collect a few reports before punishing a player. This way Riot can point at the evidence and say "See? You didn't just do this once, you're repeatedly breaking the rules."
