Punished by the mistakes of RIOT?

So in the last 2 weeks i have received low priority queue twice and i do not think i should have been punished either time. The first was due to a bugsplat in the middle of the game and i was only gone for around 3 minutes (not exact more of an estimate) and i reconnected and continued playing and while i was gone i did not die or give up anything. Bugsplat has been a long running problem in the community and i'm not sure what causes it but i was unfairly punished for a well known problem with League itself but just like many others i took the punishment silently and said nothing about this unfair punishment. Now a few days later (just now) i was given another punishment by leaverbuster for a client crash, not Bugsplat but a client crash. I got into champion select just fine and had no problems selecting my champion, masteries and runes but when champion select ended and the game should have loaded the client crashed and i ended up losing LP to a remake and was given yet another leaverbuster lowpriorty queue. This again caused by a problem with the client itself and not being in my control was a punishment not deserved.

@Calabok And if he's telling the truth, then the blame is solely on Riot regardless of what they say or think. Like it or not, as players we expect to be given a proper service. Would i pay a restaurant for lousy service? Not really. In this case, if the server crashes or there's a bugsplat then Riot should do something to fix it. Simply ignoring the problem/s is nothing more than gross negligence on their part.

I don't care about being downvoted or if the downvoters can't handle the truth, that's how it is.

The truly guilty redirect their faults to the accused. See your sins and repair the client so that you may yet again receive blessing of many LOL Wins.
