So i used all my LoL refunds back when i was a noob. I didn't know how important they were, and now my brother bought a 1820RP skin and i want to refund it. So is it any possible way for me to refund my PROJECT Yi skin? Please help me. Thanks.

^This. Account sharing can lead to an immediate and irreversible permanent ban, so crack down on your account security ASAP.
