Paysafe problems

(since i cant login on the support site, thought ill ask here and see if someone has the same problem) I had two paysafe cards that were 10€. i pressed on the 10 one and copied my code to there, and stupid me i put both of my codes there. After trying again with the code i tried second time. Then i got an error that im missing 0.02€, and im really confused why. Please help me [sg-shisa]
