D-D-D-DISCLAIMER: Yeah, I deserve the ban. TL;DR how the hell does the banning system works, I haven't had a chat restrict for 1 year and a half, and after all that time, my account didn't drop to a stable level? Please explain with details

This is what I said in the game I played with my brother and friend. Maybe I deserve it, maybe when people don't understand irony (kinda hard to understand if you're not hearing our seeing a face expression), maybe saying gg ez (wich a lot of people do that to me) is toxic, maybe even after adding a "lulz" right after.

Maybe grinding 3v3 to get gold and Solo/Duo to get Plat was worthless. I guess that's things for the next season.

But the thing I don't understand is that I get people that do the exact same, or worse, since they reach the point of inting and AFK. I report them, sometimes they get banned, but mostly they don't. I don't understand anymore.

Last time I got a chat restriction was 1 year and a half ago. Why did my account didn't become clean, isn't that how it works? Im pretty sure people reported me and it piled up.

Well, point of this thread? Can someone explain (with every detail) how the banning system works. I mean, I lost rewards and stuff, but who cares, it's just another crap skin and a ward I'll never use, also a border to make my skin look better. But why didn't I get a chat restrict, I want to play on my account.

1 more thing: Me and Xerath (also Teemo in the toplane) were the ones I was targetting my ironic (maybe serious?) "kys" and "I wasn't joking about the kys", they also bantered with me, asking "Salt?", I like to chat with people online and I like offensive words so I got involved and bantered with them too, I guess that was too offensive

Riot will escalate your punishment straight to a 14 day ban for serious behavioral offenses such as racism, homophobia, threats, and in your case telling someone to kill them self. Even if your account has been marked clean from your prior offense (or have had no prior punishments at all for that matter) you will still go straight to a 14 day ban for these offenses

Kys normally gets an escalated punishment, typically a 2 week suspension.

The punishment system works off severity and frequency. And kys and hate speech are pretty severe infractions.

usually the banning system goes through 5 strikes: first strike is usually a 3-day or 7-day chat restriction the second strike is usually a 14-day chat restriction the third strike is a 1-3 -day ban the fourth strike is a 14-day ban and finally the final one is a permaban now when you get a punishment you usually go up to the next level, but in serious cases you can get a 14-day ban or worse. i dont know much about it, but i asked an archivist once and these are the details i remember him telling me. i honestly think that's a grain of salt (get it) compared to some more serious tilt i've seen (you mom sucked my dick and that unpleasant banter). there is a very simple trick to not getting banned: dont type your rage in. but i can understand why people get tilted and start to be toxic. by now i've gotten used to it because honestly it's fun being toxic and i dont blame them for doing so. i know that riot wants the game to be clean but when you can get banned and chat restricted over saying "gg ez"? that's when you take it too far

now i used to be that guy but now after watching dunkey's vid about why he "quit" (he still occasionally plays) i learned that people are too sensitive and need to learn how to stop being whiny bitches. i mean the game's 12+, by this time, you should be able to handle critism and death treats and all that stuff from the internet. i honestly think you shouldn't have been ban, but u kno what, it's riot so it doesn't even matter. hope you have a great day my friends

The ban system goes like this.

10 Games chat restriction 25 Games chat restriction 14 or 15 ban (not sure) Permanent ban

Since your first line said to kill themselves it is NOT okay at all.
