All Honor removed from my account and chat banned because my team thought I was "toxic".

Why is it that there is a bot that can strip all your honor progress that you worked so hard to achieve by being nice just to be taken away by a toxic team? I was in a game and an Irrellia was being very very toxic. She constantly pinged me and called me distasteful things because I wouldn't gank her. She kept harassing me and I finally said this, "If you want me to gank you, stop spamming me." She then proceeded to leave her lane recall back to base and wait for me to get there. When I backed she started following me and then proceeded to steal ALL OF MY FARM. Obviously there was no way of winning the game when you cant farm and I tried to surrender but the team wouldn't let me. I was reported for being toxic because of the toxic behavior of another player. I mean I basically was throwing the game only because I wasn't farming and tried to fight the enemy team. Not Farming because Irellia was the one stealing EVERYTHING. I don't think that victims of toxic behavior should be punished and I would appreciate if all my honor (honor level 4 third checkpoint) was restored.
