No Hex tech Chest Drops

So I Just received two keys from hitting the second milestone of honor level two. I had two already and was waiting for a third. I decide to craft a key and open my Hex tech chest. I open it and then there is just nothing, no reward. I looked in my crafting materials and everything was the same. My skin shards are still there, I have the same amount of orange dust, I got nothing. I would really like Riot to look into this because I've purchased skins before and I really love collecting them. I want to be able to collect skins for free as well without worrying about not getting anything from my Chest+keys for being a positive team member. thank you.
