Banned for 3rd party useage... wrongly accused

Fellow Summoners,

I was gone from the game for about a year and ive now been back for like a small week. I have only played Kennen since my return, play normal matches, no ranked to brush up my skills again.

And all of a sudden this morning a mail saying i got banned for 3rd party useage. And banned until Feb 22...

I have no idea how to even use anything, im playing from a Mac mini, just for fun.

I know i got an error message now or then cause the game could not connect. But retrying always worked without problems. I can't see anyone reporting me, as im always friendly and helpfull and get plenty honours for it.

I have tried sending a mail to Riot. Is there anything else i can do?

To say that i just bought Riot points for Kennens new skin :(.

Any advice?

I was banned for the similar reason a week ago. I submitted a ticket to the game support. After a throughly investigation, which took five days, they unbanned my account and gave me 1000 rp as compensation.

Possibly another ban wave from 3rd party program users. But also when they ban people from this it also includes people who share accounts, or have given other people access to their account.

DOn't even bother, I'm struggling with this kind of suspension but so far, after 1 month, they havent helped or shown any probe of what I did, with was nothing. They have a flaw in the system, but they won't admit it. END of discussion. :(

My other account was compromised earlier this year and the person that played on it was toxic. They got that account chat restricted (I know because I received an email about it).

If you know when you last stopped playing and when you first started playing again check your match history for games played when you weren't playing. Perhaps the same thing happened to you.

Is it wrong/against the rules to make a new account?

As it is starting to look as RIOT will not give my account back. The only thing they got out of it is me never buying RP again for anything. And i presume it will happen with more people wich eventually will started counting % if their income if enough people stop paying for RP.
