Permanent ban Problems, RIOT needs to fix this, stand united?

thats how they talk to you....

ill keep the intro short, i came back after a year off lol. I played for over a week nothing but non ranked games and only using Kennen as hes my main and i wanted to brush up my skills before event thinking of touching ranked again. Then all of a sudden at work checking my mails, bam! perma suspended account for 3rd party usage. I didn't knew what to think of this, i thought this was a mistake. But nope no mistake apparently i did something that their "detective gadget" thought was wrong.

Let me tell you i use a Mac mini, i only play lol on it and i only do stuff fro work or download a show now and then. There the usage of my mac mini stops, i have nothing on there.

Here are my mails, they go pretty personal as to sketch an image to them...

To say that im shocked is an understatement.

I have never nor will i ever use a cheat of any kind in an online game. Let alone that i know of any way to even cheat in this game. Wouldnt you think if i could cheat i would be a higher level? I only play Kennen and only for fun after work.

I had the slightest idea how or why you think i have done anything wrong. Im a polite and helpfull player that gets plenty of honour from my teammates and i support you by buying riot points now and then.

I took a break from the game like for a year? or something and returned last week.

I am playing from a new device, a Mac mini, and i have been getting an error now and then, something about conecting, But after retrying i could log in to the game with no problem. I once got the error yday even and i had to wait 5 minutes as a penalty as the game thought i didnt click play.

So please, check you stats again, call me or something: 0***********, I have done nothing wrong.

i havent done anything.

i cant believe u would just dismiss this with an answer like that. i have invested money and time in my account.

i would call for proof but there isnt any as i have just played the game as i have always.

i dont do account sharing and i want my account back.

i checked the forums, apperently i am not alonr in this matter.

I ask you to check what went wrong. Ask me anything to proof it.

The evidence we found on your account confirmed for us that the client played on was modified in a way to give an unfair advantage over others. We take the use of modifications very seriously and consider it an egregious act against the League of Legends community. The negative affect the account had on the community is irreversible and it had an extremely negative impact on the other players in the game. Let me first say that i do understand that your worklaod on cases like this must be big, and i know you probably can't always use a magnifying glass on averything on anything.

I admit i don't know anything about computers except the basis knowledge learned to me over the last 16years using one. I won't ask you for how or what you found, because form my side i know its nothing, as there is nothing to be found. So let me instead give you the details.

I play using a Mac Mini connected to a Philips Tv through a HDMI cable. There is a wired mouse and wired keyboard connected to it. The Mac is connected to the internet through a cable. The only other thing connected to my mac is a external HD with some music and pictures on.

Now if you look at my games, you wll see the last 2 weeks since i got back i only played Kennen, the only champ i throughly love. If you look at my match histories, ive only played normal games, only with Kennen and i lost way mmore then i won.

I was happy to have some excellent matches cause everything worked as in having a good team/support/weaker opponent. I was happy to get 2 S- and after that my very first S+.

I bought chests from your store to disenchant to get blue essence to get mastery 6 unlocked. I was so proud on that achievement. For most people its prolly nothing, but for me it was.

If you look at those games i don't see how i could have been using anything, i sucked more then doing something well, i got flamed plenty of times for playing bad. But i myself am a helpfull and polite player, i got plenty of honours for that.

Im a drawing an image here discribing who i am, how or what i have played and making a statement that i have not used anything except the client.

I have also reported that i got some errors when logging back in (after apllying the many patches) They stated if i kept getting this error i should contact you, but the error wasnt there every day so i felt no need to contact you guys for this.

Please, I have spent plenty of time on my account, compared to other perhaps small account. But for me its the only thing i have made in this game and as i said before i really haven't done anything wrong.

If you have the option you are free to control my pc from a distance to check it for anything, or however you can confirm things.

I ran out of things to say to make a case here and i got to start working.

I hope you consider what i am saying, and ask yourself why i would go through all this trouble if i know i cheated and you have evience of that?? It's because i did not.

We only take this sort of action when we have conclusive evidence and based on my personal review coupled with the review of our team here, there is no error. The account will remain permanently banned.

There you have it folks, Im sitting here in my couch typing this mail, knowing 100% i haven't done anything they can ban me for. Still their so called team/system have the conclusive evidence.

So RIOT system is faulty, and they can perma ban whoever they want? Maybe they have a ban quota to maintain... I invite people to share their stories, we need to get the word out that RIOT bans people wrongly and get RIOTS attention to this problem.

To the people never been banned, sorry to say it happened to me, who sais it will not happen to you next?

MKLOL and some skin overlays aren't allowed as well cos it provides other information (jungler timers, minion separation CS are a few to name).

It's quite simple, really. The trolls will continue not to be banned. The non-trolls such as us, will be mass reported by the toxic and emotionally/mentally immature menchildren, and they will take over the majority of the playerbase by such. Since those of us who play for fun, refuse to accept this shitty treatment, since we actually have lives and jobs, will leave for other games/hobbies, and the playerbase will become 100% trolls. Now, they will continue to need scapegoats to blame for their inability to play. So either one or both of two things will happen. Either the trolliest/most toxic of all the trolls/toxic peoples, will remain while the not-as-toxic (or such as myself, people who get tired of Riot's shit and who don't play as often, at the same time also becoming less toxic, and when we occasionally come back, get even more exasperated at the state of the "community"), will also get banned; and also the possibility that the game itself, since it's currently running a public-school-style social system, will lose even the entirety of the playerbase, since the only players that remain unbanned are the bullies, and once there are no longer any other players left to bully, because they either quit, or they got banned because (like myself), they stood up for themselves against the bullies (the morons at Riot are incapable of distinguishing between bullying and standing up against bullies, because they have an average IQ that is far below the world's population, who are already pretty stupid as it is). Regardless of what happens, the current state of banning people for being frustrated at Riot's crappy "business" choices, and for them banning people who stand up for themselves against a form of cyberbullying that goes mostly unnoticed, will result in no playerbase whatsoever. I know these things, and my predictions about everything are usually right. Probably because I'm smarter than all of you. Oh, well.

I know the feeling I have been playing this game since season 3 and have never used any programs,scripts,hacks or anything like that But Riot in there infinite wisdom seem to think i have used exploit's and banned my main account which i spent a lot of money and time making with out showing just cause other than a bunch of Bull crap emails saying they have proof but wont back up there own statements by allowing the accused (me) to view it so here the big middle finger to riot. All i can say to your sir is don't waste your time With this company, Find a better game to play and stay away from ranked since its full of the lowest this earth has to offer for human beings and riot employees aren't far behind them. I can recommend HOTS,DOTA2,HON all good game's without Riot's Bull crap..
