Champ select banning/ Queue dodging

I think that this 15 minute ban from joining a queue is, to be frank, ridiculous. If riot is going to ban players from leaving a queue then they should ban the players that make said person leave the queue. No one wants to play a game when you have auto lockers, for instance if you call top lane and get it, someone just auto locks after you've locked because they're childish. So you have 2 options, you either play a crap game because someone was being a baby, or you leave queue. But if you leave queue you get punished for it. why? Your not the one that screwed up the team comp. You simply didn't want to play a match that you know was not worth playing, because of some, excuse my language here, douche bag player who, honestly, is of the proper age to be playing this game. SO frankly i believe the queue banning should be removed. If your on a time crunch and you want to play a game, the 15 minute ban could screw you up. all because you wanted to play a good match, not some BS game because someone was being childish. SO either get rid of the queue, or add a report section for players who do crap like this. And actually get serious about punishing these players, i rarely here any stories of players who get punished for anything other then leaving the game. I used to enjoy playing this game and i enjoyed the community, I've been playing this since it first started. Now the community sucks. They'res to many players out there that just get on to screw with everyone else. I love this game but the BS that you have to put up with is starting to get to be too much. Please do not mistake this for the Leaver buster. I'm talking about the player queue to get into champ select. Idek if this will be taking seriously or not, i would like it to be but i feel that it will just be ignored, which is really sad. Serious players that actually enjoy the game want to be heard, so please at least make an attempt. Thank you.
