Leaver Buster Needs an update

In all honesty I feel like the leaver buster system is extremely outdated and punishing for those that are undeserving. I am sick of getting 20 minute low priority q's because of random assorted things that have happened due to uncontrollable circumstances. I have never ONCE purposefully left a game and not come back. In the 3 years I've been playing and thousands of games not once have I. Yet I'm perpetually stuck in a 20 low priority q if I have one thing happen in even a 3 month period. Now these uncontrollable circumstances are anything from Riot having some kind of server issue causing game crashes or the like, down to me not being able to figure out why my system randomly restarts when I play a game of league(it'll happen in load in but nowhere else. Its not for windows updates and it happens extremely randomly. No known reason or cause). I just got one because of another rare interaction between the game and my system in that the game freezes if I'm in game at exactly the moment the game loads. It causes my PC to crash entirely requiring a restart by which time the game has been remade and I get leaver buster. Its EXTREMELY frustrating. I'm not extraordinarily techy but Riot should be able to get an idea of who ACTUALLY leaves games and who has things like this happen to them. If someone alt+f4's its as easy as having the code read for that specific input combo and punish those players. If they go through the main menu in game and hit quit its just as easy. Those are the two cases I can think of that they can monitor. Having someone quit in explicitly such as the case of me shouldn't have to deal with leaver buster and if so not 20 minutes. And as I said I can go MONTHS without an infringement but the first one leads to 20 minute q's for 5 games. It's bs.

Leaver buster's punishment memory decays with games played, not time.

So if you don't play often, your 3 months doesn't mean whole lot for the system.

Just because you came back, doesn't mean that people's game's weren't hurt for that 5-10 mins you had to do stuff. In game, that time feels like eternity.

Also, I can yank the ethernet cable / unplug my modem / flip the electrical breaker and it'll all look like an accidental DC. Unless they are monitoring everything in real life, they'll never be able to catch those things.
