Two words: MUTE BUTTON Another two words: REPORT BUTTON
All reports are validated by the system. Intentionally feeding is a very specific thing. dying 7 times in lane is not feeding. People just look for a reason to report. Nothing will ever happen. Just mute in game, report them after the game, and block them.
