Leaverbuster please.

So I dunno if anyone else is having this issue, but I find that when I play League at night (7PM~10PM for example), my ping just skyrockets into unplayable territory. I've gotten 10,000+ ping and can not get an ever stable match at night but I can get plenty of matches in during the day. Not sure if this is due to peak internet usage hours happening at night or if it's just my pc being dumb.

Now I gotta get five LB games done even though I didn't want to leave but I couldn't wait around and play a full match with me being disconnected and then reconnected every few milliseconds. That's how bad it feels like. If anyone has some tricks or ways to work around the 10,000+ ping then please tell me how to fix it. I honestly don't leave games unless there's something I have to do that I can't put off until later. But if this horrible ping that might be caused by the winter winds and snow then I dunno what to say.

Thanks Riot for giving someone who has horrible ping the leaverbuster! Like that'll fix my computer or ping even though it won't really. [sg-janna]

It won't directly fix your ping, but it sure is a good motivator for you to figure out what the problem is, right?

I can certainly tell you that it's not an issue on Riot's side. They have no problem handling peak play times, the game is massive for a reason. If you're observing heavy ping at specific times, I'd look at your own connection to see what the pull on it is. If you live with other people, maybe somebody else in the house is downloading or streaming a lot of stuff at those hours. Maybe somebody is stealing your wifi, I assume you have a password on it?
