Where Is The Line Between Hate Speech and Verbal Abuse?

I've seen people call people Apes in my games, I report them for Hate Speech, and then boom instant feedback report less than 5 minutes later. I've also seen people call people "boosted motherfucking retarded (n-words)", I report them for hatespeech, and nothing.

So like, I know the system that issues reports is an AI designed by Riot, but does honor level or something else have to do with punishments given to players or, does the system just miss stuff like that from time to time?.

Not roasting the system, although I disagree with it, but asking a legitimate question about how it works.

You don't always get the report feedback, and it's specifically to prevent this sort of behavior of attempting to reverse engineer the system.

If you report someone for calling someone the n-word, they're virtually guaranteed to get suspended off the bat. Retarded is likely treated the same way when directed at another individual.

So, ignoring everything with the Advisor Chermog, can I get some other opinions? I would delete the comments but it is evidence used in a post I made against this toxic advisor lol.

Sometimes the system is just slow. No need to alert every time a punishment is given from a report. If you (mind that the you is not specifically about you.) don't report, the system does not care. A report had to be mad eto have a game reviewed.
