Can someone at Riot please take a closer look, also would appreciate reports.

So.. I just got into a match with a Zed ADC. Although that wasn't the worst part. Everything was going smoothly at first. Then, for some reason the Imgur link happened. I say missing, my oblivious Pantheon top dies to my roaming mid laner. He then said what you see in the screenshot. Then reconnected to feed. He ended up going 0/10 in an 12ish minute match by repeatedly running down bot then anywhere an enemy was. The best part is after the match. He then states (paraphrasing) "It's all good, I space it(inting) out so Riot never punishes me". Now he proceeds to add me after I said I was reporting him and begins harassing me as well <image removed by moderation>

I realize I could potentially get in trouble for "Naming and Shaming" as he said. But this takes it to a whole different level. Someone who acts with such impunity in this kind of way. This guy deserves a ban if I've ever seen it, he is the epitome of toxicity and has no place on the Rift. Please report this child so Riot takes a closer look. At least if I do get in trouble I know a Riot employee had to read this post, and I'll be willing to take a hit to take this person down with me. Thank you.
