Riot, please let us report people who intentionally goes to called lanes to tick people off and troll the rest of the team, especially the one who actually belongs in the lane. There is always that one child who thinks it is funny to ruin other people's games because they have a sick perverted fetish or something. The penalty for that is too low, and the current report options dont really fit.

Why should they ignore reports from blind picks? This has nothing to do with poor behavior, this is a question of someone not adhering to role calls in an environment where no one queued up for any specific role.

It's anarchy in the context of expecting people to follow any sort of call/pick order. Not the standard of expecting everyone to be civil. You're still expected to be civil no matter the game mode. To which point, in the OP's situation would be punishable since the other player did it to piss someone else off. But if someone were to simply not want to go mid/top/jungle/bot, they don't have to.

I sorta answered this in my edit. One should have the choice to ignore call order if they don't want to be pigeonholed into a role. Saying that they're forced into X role because they didn't type fast enough or they didn't load into the lobby fast enough is pretty damn stupid.

I am dismissing your arguments when you claim that it's X, and have absolutely no proof to back it. There is no middle ground there. You don't have the proof, so don't pretend it's fact. You can present your opinion based off your own experiences, but don't try to throw additional weight on it by lying that you know things for fact.

At worst, it's between two people wanting a single role. If an agreement can't be made at champ select and neither are willing to let the other have the role, the two people are going to have to suck it up and deal with the fact that neither person has any more right to the role over the other person.

I honestly don't care what or where I play if I'm going blind, it's just where I practice champions I don't want to take into draft yet but still want the challenge that isn't bots.
