Got banned without any lesser punishments

Hello. My old account is FG Derptron and it got perma banned on 5/17/16. I have been banned for trash talking.There was a sivir trolling and i got reported. I just made some references on how she was a cry baby and that she needs people to do things she need to do, than the other game i just called people out by just typing their score. The first game with sivir me and my friends made jokes,that might have been offensive, but not meant towards any people in the game. Everyone does it, but only some people get reported for it. I have seen people way more toxic to get away with it or to just get a suspension. The thing is, do you think people deserve a second try (which is the warning). I have spent a good amount of money in this game, at least 600, and I feel like i have been banned unfairly. I get it if i would get a suspension, but is a permanent ban the necessary punishment? I just want to be here for the people that feel like me. League sometimes is unfair, and one of those times are now. I know form this, I learned a life lesson, and I am not gonna flame anymore in any game mode because I want to keep my account that I put money and time into.

the bs that spews out of people's mouth on this forum is unreal. players being permabanned for one chat violation is unreal. people supporting a company doing that is unreal. repeating something doesn't make it any more true anywhere except your own head, you know that?

You were toxic. They clearly state that there can be punishments, including a permanent suspension. If you'd like to try to defend yourself, though. I'd suggest adding a screen shot of the full reform card you've been given. You do not deserve to be a member of the community if you're a negative impact on games, or other players. I learned this the hard way, and I assume you will too. Good luck with your new account, because they will not revert a permanent suspension. [slayer-jinx-wink]

i do feel like riot is cold and unjust when it comes to thier punishment system.not because the system is flawed. but because the game is overrun with 12 year olds who report simply because they dont like you. a solution i have to this. is take away the report sytem for all of the verbal toxicity punishments. as well as afk/feeding. and have it done automatically. "basically the bot would be doing the reporting. not the players." and have reports only be for things not detectble by the bot such as subtle trolling. or passive aggressiveness

No one cares how much money you spent. No need to tell us. And you're not the one that gets to decide whether or not the punishment is fair. And I'm pretty sure you're not that 1/6000 case of an erroneous permaban.

And judging from what you've said so far, you recognize you've been offensive and rude and toxic and whatever else have you. That's that. Context is irrelevant, other people doing it is irrelevant. You still chose to do it. You got the consequences. Stop complaining. Shoo.
