I got a time penalty in ranked because of bug

So we were done banning, and it was my first time entering ranked. as soon as banning was done, i had to select a champion, but there were no champions, since the part of screen was just black. I hate getting penalty for something i didnt do. PLZ FIX THIS RIOT I BEG YOU
