Troll Teams

What the Hell am I supposed to do if I keep getting matched up with Troll teams. Literally almost half of my games go the same way with the Jungler not ganking, The Top laner feeding, and then no one pinging except me. The only way I can win games is by playing with my friends. I know this is what Riot wants us to do but that shouldn't be the only way I can win games. I have a question though, How are we going to get rid of the troll players? Like honestly it's so annoying that my last six games there's always been at least two trollers. The game honestly isn't even fun to play after you lose a string of games because of the same reason.

you kids throw that word around too much without knowing what it means. What you are really trying to say is your team is bad. But guess what the other team is just as bad. So if you are way better like you think you will win all the games or close to it.
