Define being active
So since I know I risk getting perma if I don't chill and relax some I would work on playing a bit less while remaining active. can someone tell me how they define if you are active or not

It's not about playing less. It's about % of games played while being toxic. So... Change your chat button to Pg.Dwn or something and play norms for a while.
Sure the simple way is stop trying to play the system and grow up.
You have to not play for a really long time before they'll even consider deleting an account for inactivity.
I've gone at least a month without playing and my account was fine. So at least a month is all I know
