One reason why there are so many threads here with people complaining that the trolls and feeders are not punished is because the system is very conservative with these punishments. Everyone has bad games from time to time, everyone goes on tilt and has losing streaks. Riot understands this, and set up the reporting/IFS in such a way to detect the cases of genuine intentional feeding versus players having a bad game.
If you are having a bad game, there are things you can do to make it clear to the system, or any manual reviewer, that you are not intentionally feeding. Some of it is basic game knowledge, like working to try and keep your cs up even if you are dying. Other things should probably be a bit more obvious, like not buying
on Riven and going 0/15/1. It will also help if you try to get your kill participation up. That doesn't mean being a carry. Sometimes, that means peeling and warding for the people on your team who are carrying, which will end up getting you assists. It doesn't have a lot of glory with it, but it does show the system that you are at least trying to win the game. And it will show your team that you are actively trying to help them win. Which makes them less likely to report you.
And finally, and probably most importantly, don't engage in flaming with your team if they start harassing you for feeding. League is a competitive game. People get angry when someone is feeding, and they may start flaming you for it. If they do, mute them. Do not try to argue with them or tell them to shut up, or verbally abuse them in reaction.

can you guys not report me, im not even harassing or being toxic... it's just a bad game ffs...
Hon, we're not the people playing with you. Asking us this doesn't really do much for you, unfortunately.
