Who do i need to reach otu to for an evaluation on my report? i have copied all of my game text from the game and i wasn't breakign any rules.

Generally, you'd want to file a Support Ticket to appeal a punishment. If they feel that the punishment wasn't placed in error, though, they're not likely to overturn it.
Otherwise, if you'd like a peer review of your chat logs, feel free to post them here on the forums - some of us, like myself, know what would likely cause the system to issue a punishment, and may be able to tell you ahead of time what the verdict would likely be for the Support Ticket.
technically almost nothing wrong, but calling for other people to make reports is bad and considered toxic behavior
unfortunately riot is really not that great at making things clear in regard to that kind of thing. there is too much faith in automation and snowflake levels of sensitivity.
I didn't know that calling for reports is "toxic" Its done literally almost every game. Also i was in a very tough situation in trying to communicate from my actual toxic jungler who was flaming everyone. if calling for reports is against the rules then fine. Note taken and i'll take the punishment. And yes its an ongoing thing but i've been trying to stay somewhat reformed for most of the time and i got honor level 2 like the game before that one. So, from my experience with this community it was not toxic but now i know whats wrong. My apologies, thank you for your help. Why can't i meet people as nice as the boards in game? LoL
