Reporting Someone

So I want to report this guy I queued up with. I called mid before he did, and he proceeded to call me a "10 year old autistic" and a "n*****," and also told me to kys. However, I'm pretty sure he dodged queue, so I can't report him after game. Is there any way I can still report him? Note that the game hadn't even started yet.
