if im wrong thats fine, but some clarification woudl be great....

so today around 11pm i got perma banned. and im reading though the text saying why. from only 1 game. and to mention ive be called way worse things in leagues, reported those people and nothing has happened. but moving on, thats not the issue.

i read threw my, and only my messages, cause responses look way way with nothing there. some would look resentful or unappealing. yet i add the individual after the game and make peace, apologising for my actions and wanting to understand why it happened when i got this ban, his responses were apologetic for being TOXIC himself. amongst the words of the ban were " everyone on the rift deserves respect" just because i can turn a blind eye and accept what others say and move on and others cant, doesn't mean this 1 game should mean i be banned. further in the game you could see my encouragement toward a victory. I was negative in the game towards 1, pointed out the disadvantage of an issue to a team ( eg, 5 bottom with 0 help and no pressure) my retorts were in mere defence, even with poorly chosen words. but again, after the game i amended with the players, apologised and tried to learn from this, yet i have this ban. i feel its undeserving and would like some clarification if possible from riot.

I've been playing for a long time, and I have always tried to be better and learn. 1 game where i make amends defines ban worthy? not only such, permaban worth? a chat ban I'd understand. but now im just lost as to how 1 game, where i have seen and be through worse, even recently, warrants a ban.
