troll players in ranked?!?!?!?

i have played league for about 4 years and just started playing ranked this season. Now that i have started playing; i've come across many "trolls". I'm just hoping that when i get out of bronze these trolls will stop. today i played jg master yi and had a fait and lucian bot lane. lucian went afk, stole my camps, and fed, THIS NEEDS To STOP!!

Always has happened, always will happen. Especially lower elo

Are u sure u don't just consider any not so prefect player a "troll"? Because all of this is common even in higher ranks...

ppl go afk (phonecall, doorbell, whatever)
ppl use support chars that aren't really made for it (they're actually allowed to choose any character they want, believe it or not, they might even be good at it)

This pretty much seems like a typical rage post from the kind of ppl that can't handle loosing - it's just always somebody elses fault to them. Has there been any match where u considered yourself to be a problem? Ever?
