Greetings Fellow Summoner, I was in-game last week (Friday) playing as Pyke (I had just bought him) when I get a popup ad and I tried to close it but I must have miss clicked as it took me out of the game and then the website instantly closed I thought nothing of it and continued to play but then after coming back from a day out I tried to play League and discovered I had been Perma-Banned!!!!!!! But anyway I was wondering if you could unban me please

Seriously though, there's no way anyone here can verify what you're saying and probably no way for Riot to do so either - I'd assume they'd check the IP etc for any obvious changes?

Change your password then make a support ticket, they will probably ask you questions to confirm that it is your account and then once you are authenticated they will unlock your account.

EDIT: Change your email's password as well just to be safe. Also, this is all assuming you are having an account compromise issue.

Hey good luck getting your account back. I know I've lost multiple accounts that I've spent hundreds of dollars on because of riot's fairly incompetent policies. They will ban you for no reason and you will lose everything so please don't spend any money in their store. You will still be able to login to the forums with your permabanned account you just won't be able to play the game.

Here's what they're doing after they ban your accounts for no reasons. There has been suspicious activity yet I'm still the sole owner and operator of the account, the only one that's able to login to the account yet they need all this information for me to play again? lmfao "suspicious activity" that they can't even prove!!! They couldn't even prove that someone unauthorized had accessed my account. Failed attempts at accessing someones account SHOULD NOT result in a permaban. WAY TO LOSE HALF YOUR PLAYERBASE FROM FAILED BRUTEFORCE ATTEMPTS.
