Account Hacked and then Perma banned

Greetings Fellow Summoners, The day Pyke was released I bought him and played like soooooo many games with him anyway the next day I went out and when I came back I logged on to league and discovered that my account had been hacked and that the hacker then sent very disturbing messages and got me perma banned so I was wondering if there was a way to get my account unbanned I tried messaging Riot Support people but they just say that I should have said hose things so clearly they didn't even read the ticket so I was wondering if anyone knew anything that could help me get my account back
