It looks like you continue to abuse the support system continually for submitting feedback/requests to the team. That's not the proper channel - support is for "something is not how it should be please fix it", not for ideas on how to improve anything (the game, punishments, etc).

Further, people oftentimes don't listen to support when they explain things, just because they don't like the answer. You can ask questions to support, but if you ask the same question after it's already been answered by them, just cause you don't like the answer, then yes, they will revoke your access.

Ok let's simplify your original question in what you say is the original discussion you had with the first support staff member.

You want to know what actions you can take against a player intentionally trolling/griefing. Is that what the original topic was before they locked you the first time?
