Just fyi, unless anyone here is on your friends list, that link will do nothing. On that website and on the client, people who aren't on your friends list will only be able to see any ranked games that you've played, and since you haven't played any, they won't be able to see anything . It would be better if you linked your op.gg page.
As for the bug, I don't know what to tell you. Looking at your match history, you have played 5 games since your last leave, so one would think you worked off those 5 games. I don't know man.
The only thing you can do is submit a ticket here
