According to riot support page, "tactical disagreements" are not punishable (neither is off meta).
So if I pick soraka top lane or nunu support and never go bot lane, those are tactical disagreements.

why not just give some time for Riot to actually review the case first (and reply) instead of burning the poor player support whom has pretty much no information in regards to why Nunu was banned (other than he was banned for role stealing, cos that's the only information that player support has.)

It is NOT bannable. Going soraka top or NUNU SUPPORT WITH SMITE AND ROAM IS NOT BANNABLE. Bannable is not to communicate with your team properly.
