Can we do something about Laugh spamming?

It tilts me. I can't block it. I want the option to not get spammed by taunts and bullshit like that. Anyone just report people who spam laugh?

Muting the player's chat will also stop their emotes.

HEY! shut it ok? i want riot to focus on the troll problem. 8 years and NOTHING has been done. dont bring in new things for riot, they should 100% focus on the troll problem so something gets done in the future.
