Why do I lose LP for losing against a smurf who controlled the entire game?

Why am i punished and forced to lose ladder points because some toxic kid plays on a smurf account to ruin everyones games. The dudes already cheating the MMR system by playing on a new account. Why is smurfing not bannable why is smurfing even allowed. why is it that i have to be punished every time someone on my team feeds the enemy smurf? why is it that when i get super fed and still lose becuase one kid is cheating and smurfing??????? How can i ever climb if i keep facing smurfs who arent even in the same league as my teammates????? Refund my Ladder points already this shouldnt even be a question. If i lose to cheating it shouldnt lower my LP. its unfair to me and my entire team that our game was ruined and our time wasted because one person was smurfing. Ban this stupid smurf one trick zoe player already. this asshole is smurfing and has the audacity to talk smack in end game chat when he actually cheated. Ban this kid named " µ 2x "

Regardless of the number of trolls/smurfs/inters/AFKs around, over a large sample of games, you will win some THANKS to them, you will lose some BECAUSE of them. They even out. Your ranking is not connected to smurfs.

actually i lose all of them thanks to them. If smurf on my team i lose becuase they are toxic and just flame all game while feeding but if smurf on enemy team they carry. its the same as if yasou is in game he only wins when hes on the other team

Smurfing is bad, unfair.

But.

In long run, your climb isnt effected by them, if your deserve to climb, you will.

(get rid of the name, it is against the rules)

Smurfing unfortunately isnt bannable like in Fortnite or Dota, yet.

It's not bannable because the behaviors associated with malicious smurfing are already bannable (i.e. inting/afking/intentionally lowering your rank by losing games/etc) - and Riot isn't going to punish players simply because they're placed in the wrong MMR by Riot's systems so long as they aren't doing the above behaviors, which again are already punishable.

You're completely correct that smurfs statistically do not affect peoples' climb.

It also isn't even clear that anyone on the enemy team was smurfing - it looks like the OP cared more about their own KDA and their own performance instead of helping their teammates - thus their teammates fell off and the enemy communicated better.

the zoe is lvl 32 on a new account what dont you understand. The zoe is making all the plays the rest of their team is just cleaning up my entire team is just getting 80% of their hp taken by one zoe Q and im supposed to somehow prevent my own team from getting hit???

Having a secondary account DOES NOT MAKE SOMEONE A SMURF. It's completely possible to have multiple accounts, all of which are at a similar skill level, and none of them being smurfing.

There is no indication in endgame stats that anyone in enemy team is smurfing
Smurfing is not cheating
Your LP is lowered if you lose, and increased if you win. No exceptions. "I lost against a smurf, I shouldn't lose LP" sounds as bad as "I won because a smurf carried us, I shouldn't get LP", "I lost because our jungler missed smite on elder, I shouldn't lose LP" or "I lost because I was hard countered and ganked, I shouldn't lose LP"
