Smurfs are ruining Ranked

Every single game i have lost in the past to days has been due to a toxic smurf abusing a broken champion. Riot please do something. Im plat with my gold friend and we won eevry single game that didnt have a smurf on the enemy team and lost every single one when the enemy team had a smurf. Make people do SMS verification to play ranked or somthing. How can I climb when every time i start winning i get repeatedly punished by some crackhead smurf whos either Elo boosting or just looking to ruin peoples day. Why does this game support sadistic players.. Its so unfair to people who are trying to have fun playing with their friends when some lowlife solo playing smurf comes to ruin it for everybody. ANd then their teamates always happy when a smurf carrys them but cry when a smurf on the other team. fucking ban all smurfs
