Enemy team encouraging feeders on your own team

I just had an awful experience of a feeder on my team who did nothing to help my own team and insisted that they were just trying to have fun. I asked the enemy team to report them, but they refused and said they're just trying to have fun taking his side; further encouraging them to feed. Making it seem like a 6v4 situation where me and the rest of my team quickly lost even while trying to do our best. Those who encourage feeders/afkers are equal to them in offense and should be punished equally, such is the price of betrayal. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
