So my brother recently got perma-banned, and I was very sad to hear that. After his 14 day ban, he really did try to minimalize the flame. He was perma-banned later due to this chat. I read throughout this chat, and I am puzzled a bit, this chat to me seemed very conversational and did not represent a toxic flaming player.

Telling people theyre reported and toxic is actually considered by the system as harassment, so thats prob why. If your brother makes another account, tell him to stop typing and play. None of that dialogue needed to take place.

This chat is all over the place. It's got good, neutral, and bad elements to it. He talks about objectives, building certain items, and strategy in teamfights. He mentions his kda and his winrate (neutral) save one instance. This is what I found negative:

Despite the good things I said about this chat, his chat isn't trying to encourage teamwork when other parts of his chat are actively trying to argue with teammates.
