Stop reworking champions and rework your report system

Ive been playing this game for years and I love the game, but its people who are toxic and negative that ruin the game. sure i have my moments when i am toxic but never like some people. I have people who are toxic in lobby, who do troll picks in champ select for ranked, or just straight up intentionally feed cause they feel like it, and it doesnt matter if i report them or if my team does because the enemy decides not to report them cause they dont care because they just got a free win, and the person who int fed just gets away with it and they say something like " go ahead report me nothing will happen riot doesnt care." Lately it feels like riot doesnt care cause ive had multiple people int feed or be extremely toxic this week alone and my report or the report fro some of my teammates does anything. Also we are forced to leave games because people in the lobby claim that they will feed or the pick a troll champ that will never win and we have to leave and lose LP, because if we play it out we will lose anyway and lose more LP. how is it fair that they can get away with anything they want and riot does nothing about it. Just saying riot needs to rework something and it isnt stupid champs or an honor system.

You do realize that the Champion Update and the Player Behavior teams are two separate, independent groups, right? If they were to rework the report system, it wouldn't have to come at the cost of pausing Champion reworks.

How exactly would you know? As far as you know, every one of those people you reported could've gotten banned.

and yeah riot doesnt really care check how many games i inted before ban... i had to int 34 deaths in 1 game to finally get banned..

The system doesn't care how many people report a game. So if enemy players didn't see anything reportable, their reports won't make it anymore likely to result in a punishment.
