I havent been bad for 3 weeks yet im not getting crates or keys. Please remove my restrictions

Baring the fact that more info would be appreciative (such as what was your most recent punishment), Hextech restriction duration is not simply limited to mere time. It is tied into consistently good behavior across a number of games.
