I still haven't gotten the Grey WW skin which I want and was wondering if I'm not going to have the opportunity to get it after this week.

yes, it will be reset, but you can climb back to level 3 easily and keep the chance to get the skin.

There is a small chance that you get Medieval Twitch or Grey Warwick from Honor Capsules.

There's 2 skins. Midievil Twitch and Grey WW. If you don't have the champion, it gives you the champ too.
