Riot Support is a Complete Joke

I'm sure many of you feel the exact same way. I know that they don't look into my account because of the responses i've been given. To give an idea, my first response told me that mk Jogo was the reason that I wasn't banned and that I was using "cheats" closed the ticket without going into any further detail. So I made another response asking what I did siting that I did use mk Jogo and deleted it when I was given the warning by riot. Guess what my response was, that I used mk Jogo to gain an advantage in the game and that intent doesn't mean anything. Obviously this frustrated me so I responded again and was told I was using an "exploit" in the game which was never mentioned at all and that my ticket was going to be closed.

This is extremely pathetic because it shows that they aren't reading any of the tickets or looking to any of the accounts and spend more time looking for the best copy-pasta response which in my case shows that they messed up.

They get thousands of tickets a day, and a vast majority of them can be solved by using pre-recorded answers.

They also won't tell you what program got you banned because that sort of information helps those who create hacks and cheats get around detection.

so far they have solved all of my tickets to my satisfaction within 48hours.

I don't feel the same way. I've sent numerous support tickets the last couple of weeks and they've always got back to me in a day or so.

I think you may have gotten an answer you didn't like and think that means their support is bad...

it takes longer then 48 hours trust me. with 3 perma banned accounts and loads of tickets. never has it been solved fast. you just get emails saying its been looked into just so that they can say we did msg with details..
