Permabanned for MK LOL?

My account Cyndiquil was permabanned for what I assume to be mklol.. It's the only program i've ever used for lol and I only used it a few times and stopped when I was given a warning.. I eventually purchased a ton of skins and stopped using it entirely because it slowed down my computer. Like everyone else I knew, it was only used for skin previews. Apparently, it was a bad program because of chat and jungle timers which are implemented in the game now.. It's really frustrating becuase i've spent so much money on the account and having it taken away feels completely undeserved..
