K so let's go over some things here.
I have just been permanently banned for "Toxicity" but I know for a fact that everyone else who was toxic in that game didn't even get a 2 week ban.
The report systems essentially view each player in a vacuum, to remove the possible bias or incriminating external factors from each case. If you were banned, it means that the system (and community) viewed your behavior as something no longer desired in the playerbase.
Focusing on whether or not other people have been punished is pointless, because their behavior has no bearing whatsoever on how toxic your behavior may have been.
I'm tired of being the victim to trolls, toxic players, etc. I have spent around $250 on this damn game, and for what; to be treated like shit? Disrespected? Banned for having an opinion?
You were not banned for having an opinion, you were banned for expressing that opinion in such a way that it broke the code of conduct Riot has established for the community. Do you happen to have chat logs you could show us?
I would like to speak to someone about either having my hard earned money either transferred to my bank account or to be given a "second chance" for being called trash, shit and every fucking name in the book. If my money isn't returned or my account isn't available to me that is considered stealing.
I highly recommend reading the ToS/EULA and basic civil law. You are not entitled to any ownership over the content you purchase in this (or any) game, as your account is considered to be owned by Riot Games and leased to you. Riot is not stealing from you in any possible sense of the word, because they own the game and your account.
There are also specific clauses in this documentation that state Riot can revoke access to an account for any or no reason. Riot is a reputable company, so the only time this is really used is when someone breaks their rules. By creating an account you agreed to all of this, and these terms are pretty standard across all multiplayer games.
