Feeding punishment

Riot, pls. You guys really need to up the punishment for feeding. I just played with a guy who admitted to feeding because he was S1 last season and needs to get to B5. His match history is 14 games of buying one item and going 0/10+. How is he still able to queue up and ruin everyone else's fun? This is why League is losing players to Overwatch, they punish this harshly.

This is ridiculous, and makes playing as a low-elo player frustrating.

If post-game reports don't seem to be working or you can't submit your report, you can use a Support Ticket to report players like this. I've already sent one so you don't have to do it this time, if you haven't already.

It's not that there is little or no punishment for intentional feeding, it's just that the system for detecting it isn't good enough. When they do get caught, it's an automatic 14 day or permanent ban, so Blizzard isn't actually treating griefers any more harshly.

while we appreciate the PSA, name shaming isn't allowed on the boards.

Please remove those images else you will get a warning on the boards.

If you wish to report him, please send those images to support.riotgames.com -> general game question (or something like that).

I know how you feel, I recently played with a player that was being an absolute child because the enemy banned the champion he was going to play so instead of playing another champion or even dodging he locked in a pick that didn't fit into our comp and literally said in all chat "who wants kills" and goes to each lane giving kills to each person on the enemy team and yet when I scold him for this telling him to stop I receive behavioral punishment and he received nothing despite the reports?? This is why I need over watch League is putting more priority in people's feelings (not that it's entirely a bad thing) over the actual game itself. This is why I need Overwatch...

It's trash that this happens, just played a game where my adc hasn't played more than 10 games at 30, hasn't played a single game where he died less than 15 times. thanks for the fucking LP loss RITO GGEZ

There are a few examples I remember of people telling similar stories. Unfortunately, the intentional feeding system is almost completely automated. It was also noted there was a good number of false positives, and as players have said, many who are intentional feeding and not getting picked up.

I've observed a decent number of innocent players getting bans for it (myself and others included), and those who are so clearly intentional feeding + admitting it and never even getting a slap on the wrist.

The system needs work. It's tough though, there's so many players and not enough Riot Support members to manually check every single case and look at every single detail. Bring back the tribunal perhaps?
