Queue Dodge Wait Timers?

I dodged a game just now because my entire team was already flaming before champ select was even over, and I did not want to deal with their bullshit, figuring "fuck it, I'd rather have the 5 minute wait than deal with an hour of this shit", and it instead did 15 minutes. I'm just wondering, did the wait timer minimum for dodges go up? Bc the only times I've left any kind of game in the last 3+ months besides this one were because either computer or client glitches, so I'm not a frequent dodger. Same thing happened to my friend last night, and I KNOW he doesn't dodge, he'd rather have the flamers than no game at all. If not, how far back does it pull past behaviors from to calculate the wait? Just curious lol and sorry if this is the wrong forum for it

It resets in 16 hours from your last dodge in any queue.

Any queue dodge will cause your "dodge timer" to be set to the second level.

For normals, it's 6min then 15min for any dodge after the first.

ARAM, 15min/30min.

Ranked 6min/30min.

i play nasus top lane i had to face an illaoi and that champ is not only stupidly broken, but a hard counter. so i dodge and get a 6min queue dodge timer next game i have to face a teemo. teemo is the most stupidly designed champion. so i dodge and GET A 30MIN QUEUE DODGE TIMER?????? i understand i shouldn't dodge but im sick of every game im doing counter-picked there is no fun in this bullshit game anymore. riot should maybe fix top lane because its the mot broken lane.
